Hopefully, technically savvy BHs can help me with this.
Whenever I try to log into the payroll website ADP through my home computer, I see a blank white page. Never have this problem with my work computer. Tried switching the browser from Chrome to Edge but still facing the same issue. Cleared the cache as well. Still no luck.
There are a series of steps online that they recommend. But I thought I will pose the question here first as I am not tech-savvy and probably will get some easy-to-understand quality instructions.
Any idea what the issue maybe?

My guess would be some sort of plugin, pop-up blocker, security setting on your browser, or maybe other security/anti-virus software interfering while some part of the web-age is trying to load.

I have been experiencing similar issues when attempting to login to my credit union website. It does not work for me when using Chrome or Firefox, in both Incognito/Private modes as well as regular mode. What did work is to use Microsoft Edge.
It's only when attempting to login, the rest of the site does work fine.
My guess is that my credit union designed its website to work best with Microsoft Edge, and therefore other browsers are not able to display the secure information properly.
Try Microsoft Edge, or perhaps even download other browsers like Brave or Epic and see if you get lucky?

lakpr, I have tried both Chrome and Edge. Still no luck.
JBTX, thanks for the link. It has been this way for several months.
I am going to reach out to my HR but I already know the answer I am going to receieve. So not optimistic there.

Maybe bring up developer tools and take a peek. There could be failures, say in network requests. This won't fix your issue, but may provide useful information on what's causing the problem.
